Can you rush my order?
The only Rush option we have at this time is your chosen 'shipping method' at checkout, if it is available for that product. However, we do not have Rush option for the Processing/Production time. We will have this option again soon.
But if your deadline is quickly approaching... Please advise us your delivery date requirements at the time you place your order in the 'notes to shop' box at checkout. We cannot guarantee anything, but we can try to push it along IF that facility is not backed up.

Can I make changes to my order?

 

Once your personalized order is submitted, it sometimes will be immediately sent to production depending on time of the day and other attributing factors. So in these times, cancellations or changes to personalized orders are not permitted. If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we can accommodate your request with a 50% discount if you wish.  If we did not send to production immediately, then YES, you can make a change. Hence, Contact Us or Chat with us below immediately if you need a change and we will see the status of your order to determine our course of action.  

Can I use special characters in my personalization?

Not at this time, we are only able to produce letters and numbers from the English keyboard.

I have more than one coupon code, can they all be applied to one order?

Only one code may be applied per order. Thank you for understanding.

Do you charge state tax on orders?

By New York Law, we collect sales tax of 8.875% on the entire purchase amount from NY. customers

Do you ship Internationally?

Not at this time. We ship throughout the United States.

What is your Shipping options?

You may choose from Standard shipping (5-7 business days), Expedite shipping (3-4 business days) and

Rush shipping (2-3 business days). Some of our products are not eligible for Expedite or Rush options, you will see this on each Product's page under 'Processing and Shipping'.  For full detailed Shipping facts, please view our Shipping Policy.

  

What is your Return Policy?

 

At Amanda Joy Gifts, your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. Our manufacturing teams carefully inspect and verify items before sending them out. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, you will have 30 days to return it for a refund if we approve the condition of item. Personalized items can not be returned. Please view our full Return Policy before returning.

Do you provide a preview?

Sorry, we do not have a preview generated system at this time. Also, some items wouldn't be able to be previewed. However, after you place your order, feel free to Contact Us or email us at service@amandajoygifts.com with your order number and ask us if we can do this for you and show you your preview. Please know we cannot guarantee this. We will reply as soon as possible.

 

Can I have the names on apparel presented in a certain order or with certain colors?

Since personalization defaulted patterns change with each programmed design, we do not offer name placement guarantees. 

Do you offer Gift card messages?

Certain items can have an attached Message card with the gift, but not all items.  If a gift card option is available for the item, it will state that on the Processing and Shipping are on the item's page. Or you can always ask us quickly by Chat
