Returns and Cancellation Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal.! We want you to meet your expectations when it comes to your purchases at Amanda Joy Gifts, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you must reach us first by email at service@amandajoygifts.com so we can reply with the proper manufacturer facility address to return your item to. 

Returns for refunds:

  • Item(s) must not be personalized

  • Be sure to email us first and wait for our reply with address of return facility

  • Must be returned to our facility within 30 days of your delivery date 

  • Original shipping costs on the order is not refunded to you, nor do we reimburse return shipping costs

  • Send the item(s) back to us unused, in their original form and original packaging.....We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • We will issue a credit within 7 days after we receive the return package

  • Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used

  • Understandably, personalized items are not eligible for a return

   

Changes or Cancellations 

We realize we all make mistakes, if your delivered order is not 100% free of errors made on our part in the personalization process, we will replace your item within a few days free of charge. We ask that you email us at service@amandajoygifts.com

with an attached close up photo of the item with error with your email notice of error first. 


Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders are not permitted.  However, if you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we can accommodate your request with a 50% discount for your re-order if you wish.

(However, Contact Us or Chat with us below immediately if you need a change and we will see the status of your order to determine our course of action. If we have begun the production process, we can not cancel or change your order, but we will give you the discount. If we did not start, yes of course we can cancel or change your order.)
